Hi, Great informative and simple video. I have a Breville BES850 Barista Express at home that I absolutely love. I find it sooooo consistant and very easy to tweak and adjust to beans/ grind etc .... I need something for caravaning and at times without 240v (although I have a 3000W inverter to do the job temporarily - would rather not have to use this). Will I be able to replicate EXACTLY what I'm able to get at home (Almond Flat White - double shot) with the beans that I could either buy or pre grind at home? I have never used plunger coffee etc ...... and are not interested in going that way either!

Nobody needs specialty coffee. If it tastes ok, kicks awake, and was fairly traded, it's good coffee.

Now i know why my coffee sometimes tastes like 💩

I’m in Canada, just a home brewer. Do different coffees need different ratios of coffee to water or do you have a standard?

**COMPLETELY UNRELATED TO THE TOPIC** As an architect, and a person with common sense, I'm curious and disturbed about that stair on top of the sink hahahah don't your dishes get dirty from people walking up and downstairs?

Most of my guesses have been said already, so my long shot guess is that it causes a chemical reaction to the cleaning solution neutralizing any chemical residue like an acid mixed with a base.

It seems like the key to perfect coffee is banging cups and pots on the workspace every 5s driving me crazy 😂

Great video, however I use a home version of this machine to make coffee at home. My issue is I use pre ground and I always seem to have water floating on top of the puck, what is the answer to cure this please.
